Been told you have an 'irritable bowel'
but not how to fix it?

Join the club.

I was told I had IBS before IBS was ever really a thing.
And yep, the diagnosis of IBS pretty much meant they didn't know what was wrong with me,
and sadly the same goes for you.

Thankfully I was determined to figure things out. In fact, I did a psychology
and a naturopathy degree just to be sure I had all bases covered. After all, this is a gut-brain issue, right?

What did I learn after all that study?
Essentially, if you think you've tried everything to heal already, chances are, you haven't.

I know gut health is complex.

I don't pretend it's as simple as needing probiotics or going dairy-free.

I know the impact of stress, anxiety, unprocessed trauma and I know how to reverse the damage done by a crappy diet, alcohol, over-eating and even that gut bug you picked up when you travelled to Thailand.

I know what it feels like to cut a million different foods out in hopes of relief,

and how ostracizing that can feel in social settings.

But honestly, it does not have to be that way. I help women figure out what's driving their bloating and discomfort and I have the expertise to choose the right natural medicines to resolve it. That's what I offer my clients and that's why I get the results I do!

No more bloating

No more restrictive diets

No more hating your body

No more "Sorry I can't eat that"

Lauren from Kiyah Wellness

Hi,I'mLauren

By the time I finished high school, I had been binge drinking and using food to self-soothe for many years. My gut was a mess. The doctors told me I had IBS and did little more than give me a list of fibre-rich foods. Gee, thanks doc.

I was so over feeling bloated, puffy, reacting to all sorts of different foods and generally hating what I looked like. I was also super sluggish and any kind of exercise felt like a complete slog.  I hadn't even begun to piece together why I felt so crappy.

But here I am 20 years later (wow, how did that happen) and let's just say that now I eat what I want when I want, I love to exercise (who knew!) and I completely understand the fact that poor digestion isn't just about the food we're eating -

it's also about the emotions we're not 'digesting'.

Now I help other women do the same.

For the first time I don't feel bloated or nauseous after food...

When I was younger I didn't know how to handle my emotions. It was normal in our house to eat snacks and icecream when we were upset. At the same time, my mum was always on a diet and always commenting on my body. I didn't realise until later how this shaped my relationship with food. I've always had problems with my stomach. I just thought that it was normal. Working with Lauren has changed everything. For the first time I don't feel bloated or nauseous after food and I'm using the bathroom normally!!! Now to work on my self love. Thank you Lauren xox
